Staff Heart Makes Up for It

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly faces who ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast team was exceptional, making our mornings brighter with their efficiency and warmth.

Unfortunately, our room was not ready upon arrival, which meant a frustrating 20-minute wait in the lobby. The bathroom could have used more attention to cleanliness as well.

The drinks were a little pricey in the bar.

The room was very nice and clean, but the

bathroom could use some deep cleaning as I noticed rust and peeling wallpaper. Overall, the hotel staff was friendly and helped us find great local dining options which truly enhanced our experience during our two-night stay.

Noise disturbances are an issue from other guests banging doors loudly at all hours!!! The lack of consistent housekeeping services means you might end up with dusty rooms unless you specifically request cleaning!!!

Don't miss the made-to-order breakfast options. the pancakes and omelets are exceptional and made fresh upon request.

The spacious King Room featured a comfortable bed, allowing for a decent night's rest despite external disturbances. Fast Wi-Fi access was available, useful for keeping connected during the stay.

Upon check-in, cleanliness could have used improvement, with reports of hair and unclean surfaces in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit's noise levels were quite bothersome, significantly disrupting an otherwise peaceful experience. Additionally, multiple reviews highlighted the slow breakfast service, which could test anyone's patience during busy morning hours.

i recently stayed for 4 nights and was impressed by the warm welcome and accommodating staff. they exceeded my expectations, especially with the complimentary cheese tray that made us feel special. the room was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group.

hilton garden was a great experience! the staff was lovely and super accommodating. we enjoyed the top-notch fitness center and the inviting hot tub. also, the food at their restaurant was amazing, perfect for our family celebration.

The stay offered a clean and comfortable atmosphere, with good proximity to local shopping. However, service issues marred the experience. billing discrepancies and unresponsiveness from the front desk staff were disappointing. It was inconvenient to leave a sign for room cleaning, often resulting in missed services. Although the breakfast features freshly squeezed juice, the overall dining experience was hindered by slow service during peak hours.
