Staff Heart Makes Up for It

Upon arrival, we were welcomed by friendly faces who ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast team was really good.

Unfortunately, our room was not ready upon arrival, a frustrating 20-minute wait in the lobby. The bathroom could have used more attention to cleanliness as well.

Bathroom could use some deep cleaning as I noticed rust and peeling wallpaper. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us find great local dining options which enhanced our experience during our two-night stay.

I liked how courteous and helpful the staff were. They made my mom's birthday greeting special by decorating her door and leaving flowers in the room.

I didn't like the increase in price. I was quoted $164.00 a night for each room and ended up paying around $194.00 per room a night.

Clean and simply stunning hotel with incredibly nice staff and appetising food. The rooms with 2 beds. Nice decoration. The pool area is nice too. Everything well-maintained. Relaxing experience there.

Noise disturbances are an issue from other guests banging doors loudly at all hours!!! The lack of consistent housekeeping services means you might end up with dusty rooms unless you specifically request cleaning!!!

It was an exceptional experience. The staff was professional, doing great job.

Don't miss the made-to-order breakfast options. The pancakes and omelets are really good and made fresh upon request.

The spacious King Room featured a comfortable bed, great for a decent night's rest despite external disturbances. Fast Wi-Fi access was available, useful for keeping connected .

The air conditioning unit's noise levels were quite bothersome, significantly disrupting an otherwise peaceful experience. Multiple reviews highlighted the slow breakfast service, which could test anyone's patience during busy morning hours.

They exceeded my expectations, especially with the complimentary cheese tray. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for our group.
